I am a California State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual therapy. My private practice is located at 240 Miller Avenue in Mill Valley, California.
With over 16 years of experience, I work with a broad spectrum of clients and issues. Among my areas of expertise are working with: depression and anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, relationships, difficult transitions, pregnancy issues, parenting skills, loss of a sense of self, loss of confidence.
My prior career as a Registered Nurse has given me great insight into the stresses of health issues, and how our minds and bodies influence each other.
